From Shirley Eanes Matthews ('66) of VA - 10/28/09 - "re: Hank Maloney":

Thanks for including Hank Maloney’s obit. He was married to Bessie Lee Underhill Bell. His two stepdaughters were NNHS until Dorothy moved to the Eastern Shore; she would have been in the class of 66. Linda was probably in the class of 69. My family lived next door to the girls’ maternal grandparents, George and Estelle Underhill, on Oak Avenue and we were close until we all scattered. Hank was a really nice guy and I’m sure is missed by many, many people.

I attempted to contact Dorothy last year, but I guess I had a bad email address. If she sees this, maybe she’ll contact me. I sure hope so.

Shirley

Thank you, Shirley; I hope so, too!
