We celebrated our 47th Wedding Anniversary last night at Wine Cellar on the river in Jacksonville. I have our wedding picture of us at 18 and 20 years old and 47 years later at dinner. What a great day! I still love her now as I did then.

Thanks as usual,

Phil

From John London (Warwick HS - '57) of VA - 12/22/13 - "Flash Mob: The U.S. Air Force Band at the Smithsonian - YouTube":

Ya gotta see this Christmas gift from the USAF!

This is absolutely worth the 6 minutes to watch and listen!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-cKE8pyfcZc

Behold! What is a bell? A bell is that which sounds, far, and high ... It will echo far and wide like the peal of thunder but under utmost purity. And evil men, hearing the bell, will be saved.

MAGNIFICENT! Thank you so much, John Darlin'!

From My Husband, Paul Harty (Bardolph HS, IL - '61) of NC - 12/22/13 - "SANTA AND THE TROOPS":

This is great...
It will bring realism to those who are ready to celebrate this month.
Makes Christmas a little more special.

     Thanks so much, Dools!

From George Helliesen ('61) of MI - 12/20/13 - "One Word Essays (#3 in a Series of 28)":

As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Neat things in life!

May your troubles be less,
May your blessings be more;
May nothing but happiness come through your door!!

Thanks so much, George! These are cool!

FINALLY:

From www.ajokeaday.com - 12/22/13:

A man walking down the street noticed a small boy trying to reach the doorbell of a house. Even when he jumped up, he couldn't quite reach it.

The man decided to help the boy, walked up on to the porch and pushed the doorbell. He looked down at the boy, smiled and asked, "What now?"

The boy answered, "Now we run like crazy!"
