Hey, Carol.

Just want to pass along to you that Jimmy Martin’s dad recently passed away in Newport News. Jimmy is one of my SPD brothers, and we have been close friends since we were puppies. Hope you are well.

Thank you.
Chuck

   Oh, Chuck, I'm so sorry! I missed the connection when I read Mr. Martin's obituary earlier in the week. Thank you so much for letting me know.

Oh, How I Love Jesus

Words by Frederick Whitfield; Traditional American Melody

There is a name I love to hear,
I love to sing its worth;
It sounds like music in my ear,
The sweetest name on earth.

chorus:
Oh, how I love Jesus,
Oh, how I love Jesus,
Oh, how I love Jesus,
Because He first loved me!

It tells me of a Saviour's love,
Who died to set me free;
It tells me of His precious blood,
The sinner's perfect plea.
(chorus)

It tells me what my Father hath,
In store for every day,
And tho' I tread a darksome path,
Yields sunshine all the way.
(chorus)

It tells of One whose loving heart
Can feel my deepest woe,
Who in each sorrow bears a part,
That none can bear below.
(chorus)
