From My Friend, LaMerle, of VA - 12/07/14 - "Keep Looking Up":
|EXACTLY! Thanks again, LaMerle!|
need not walk by the shores of Galilee or among the Judean hills to walk
where Jesus walked. All of us can walk the path He walked when, with His
words ringing in our ears, His Spirit filling our hearts, and His
teachings guiding our lives, we choose to follow Him as we journey
through mortality. His example lights the way. Said He, 'I am the way,
the truth, and the life.'

tradition in our family to read a Christmas story every night in
December culminating with the Nativity on the 24th.
Christmas Story Day 6,
Christmas Day In The Morning by Pearl S. Buck
|Christmas Day In The Morning
suddenly and completely. It was four o'clock, the hour at which his
father had always called him to get up and help with the milking.
Strange how the habits of his youth clung to him still! Fifty years ago,
and his father had been dead for thirty years, and yet he waked at four
o'clock in the morning. He had trained himself to turn over and go to
sleep, but this morning it was Christmas, he did not try to sleep.
