Our thoughts and prayers go out to Ellen and the rest of the family. I will surely miss that guy's corny jokes and friendship we have shared for over thirty years. He was a member of the Coile Gang which made it all the better since we worked (and played) together. Martha and I will miss him. If there is anything you need please call. RIP, Don Luis, the Living Legend.

Blest Be the Tie that Binds

Words by John Fawcett (1740-1817), after 1772

Music (Dennis) by Hans Georg Nägeli (26 May 1773  - 26 Dec 1836)

1. Blest be the tie that binds
Our hearts in Christian love;
The fellowship of kindred minds
Is like to that above.

2. Before our Father's throne
We pour our ardent pray'rs;
Our fears, our hopes, our aims, are one,
Our comforts and our cares.

3. We share our mutual woes,
Our mutual burdens bear;
And often for each other flows
The sympathizing tear.

4. When we asunder part,
It gives us inward pain;
But we shall still be joined in heart,
And hope to meet again.
