Dear Friends and Schoolmates,  

   There is more sad if rather belated news today.  Myra Goodson Jessen, Class of 1955, passed away in Hayes on Friday, July 27, 2018 at the age of 80.

From the Gloucester Mathews Gazette-Journal - 08/01/18:   

                  Myra Goodson Jessen

			HAYES - Myra Goodson Jessen, 80, of Hayes, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2018 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Odell Clifford Goodson and Elizabeth Barker Goodson, and three sisters. She is survived by her husband, Otto W. Jessen; children, Cindy Robinson (Lenny), Robert, David, Darryl Lee and Chris; brother, Carl Goodson; seven grandchildren, and five great- grandchildren. A private memorial service for Myra was held Monday at Hogg Funeral Home. Arrangements under the direction of Hogg Funeral Home and Crematory, Gloucester Point.   Published in Gazette-Journal on August 1, 2018.
