“By all these lovely tokens
September days are here,
With summer’s best of weather
And autumn’s best of cheer.

Dear Friends and Schoolmates,

Gotta love mornings - September and otherwise!

BONUS - September Morn - Neil Diamond

From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/September_Morn_(album):

September Morn is the thirteenth studio album by the American singer Neil Diamond. Released in 1979, the album includes a disco version of the Motown classic "Dancing in the Street" and a remake of "I'm a Believer".[2]

The title track was an international chart hit, and became Diamond's 30th Top 40 hit in the U.S. The song peaked at number 17 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, number 14 on the Cash Box Top 100,[3] and number 7 on Record World. In Canada, it peaked at number 15.[4] The song was a much bigger hit on the Adult Contemporary charts, reaching number two in the U.S. and spending two weeks at number one in Canada.[5]

BONUS SEPTEMBER MORNING CROCHET PATTERNS:

September Morning - "Crochet DROPS hat, neck warmer and wrist warmers with lace pattern and fan edge in “Big Merino” or "Nepal"."

BONUS 77 BABYCOCKTAILS KNIT PATTERNS (reasonable but not free, and I'm not certain what they have to do with September OR mornings, but they're beautiful):

BabyCocktails Patterns (77)

BONUS SEPTEMBER BREAKFAST RECIPES:

September Seems to Be All About Breakfast (And We're Not Mad About It) - "September is officially here. Along with our freshly resurrected obsession for anything related to apples, fall pies, and pumpkin spice lattes, (yes, they're back) it also seems to be the month of hardcore loving on breakfast. There is a clearly disproportionate number of arbitrary food holidays dedicated to the most important meal of the day in September, and we're not mad about it at all. Not at all."

FINALLY:

From www.ajokeaday.com - 09/06/18:

The man selling two-dollar tickets at Monmouth Racetrack registered complete surprise when a horse stepped up to the window, and asked to bet on himself.

"What's the matter?" snorted the horse. "Are you astonished that I can talk?"

"Not at all," said the man. "I'm surprised that you think you can win."

September Morn

Written by Neil Diamond (b. 24 Jan 1941) and Gilbert Bécaud (24 Oct 1927 – 18 Dec 2001),

Recorded by Neil Diamond (b. 24 Jan 1941), 1979

Stay for just a while
Stay, and let me look at you
Its been so long, I hardly knew you
Standing in the door
Stay with me a while
I only want to talk to you
We've traveled halfway round the world
To find ourselves again

September morn
We danced until the night became a brand new day
Two lovers playing scenes from some romantic play
September morning still can make me feel this way

Look at what you've done
Why, you've become a grown-up girl
I still can hear you cryin'
In the corner of your room
And look how far we've come
So far from where we used to be
But not so far that we've forgotten
How it was before

September morn
Do you remember how we danced that night away
Two lovers playing scenes from some romantic play
September morning still can make me feel this way
