Dear Friends and Schoolmates,
There is more sad news today. Joyce
Kidd Veazey, widow of
Harry Veazey, the Most Likely Succeed boy
in
the Class of 1956,
passed away in Newport News on
Saturday, August 21, 2020 at the age of 79.
Mother of the
late
Michael
Veazey,
Ferguson High School Class of @ 1981
(07 Dec 1963 - 27 Apr 2011),
she was the sister-in-law of
Brenda Veazey
Keech ('62) of NC,
and of the late
Steve Veazey ('60).

Joyce Ann K. Veazey, 79, went to be with the Lord Friday, August 21, 2020. Joyce is
survived by her son David Veazey; a granddaughter, Taylor; grandson Bryan;
sisters, Claudia, Donna, and Joanie; a brother, Jimmy Kidd; and many nieces,
