July 28, 1969 - The 6th President of Cuba, Ramón Grau, (b. Ramón Grau San Martin on 13 Sept 1881 in La Palma, Pinar del Río Province, Spanish Cuba) died in Havana, Cuba at the age of 87.
July 28, 1969 - Composer Frank Loesser (b. Frank Henry Loesser on 29 June 1910 in New York City, New York) died of lung cancer in New York City, New York at the age of 59.

Oven Baked Tacos!
Brown your ground beef and drain completely - then add refried beans, taco seasoning and about half a can of tomato sauce. Mix together and scoop into taco shells, (stand them up in a casserole dish).
Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake at 375 for 10 minutes!
