Owen "Taz" Reed
Dear Friends and Schoolmates,
We have yet another sad edition of the NNHS Newsletter today.
From Susie Overton Jones ('63) of AL - 05/31/06 - Linda Booth Reed's Son":
I have some very sad news. Linda Booth Reed (Class of '63) and Owen's son, Taz, died unexpectedly on May 30. Do not know of details. The information of services should be in the Daily Press on Thursday June 1.
Oh, Susie! I'm so very sorry to learn of this. Thank you so much for telling us.
Our sincerest sympathies are with Linda and their family at this tragic time.
From the Daily Press - 06/01/06:

My dearest Linda Lou ... My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Please know that I am here if you ever need anything.
(Williamsburg, VA ) - June 1, 2006
Owen & Linda, I was so sorry to hear of your loss. I'd known Tadd long before I came to RRM, when he was involved in farming. Tadd will be sorely missed by many. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.
(Harrisonburg, VA ) - June 1, 2006
Linda: I don't know if you remember me, but I graduated NNHS with you in 1963. I'm so sorry for your loss. I know this is a very difficult time for you and your family. I lost my husband 2 years ago, so I feel your pain. You're in my prayers.
Joyce Williams Nettles

Again, our deepest sympathies are extended to Linda and their entire family.
Y'all take good care of each other! TYPHOONS FOREVER!
