From www.ajokeaday.com - 05/18/19:

Bill thought it was time to buy a new house, so he decided to sell his old house and put the matter in a real estate agent's hands.

The agent wrote up a sales blurb for the house that made wonderful reading. After Bill read it, he turned to the agent and asked, "Does my house have everything your ad says it does?"

The agent said, "It certainly does. Why do you ask?"

Bill replied, "Cancel the sale. It's exactly what I'm looking for!"

Sunshine, Lollipops and Rainbows

Words and Music by Howard Liebling and Marvin Hamlisch

Recorded by Lesley Gore (b. 02 May 1946), 1963

Sunshine, lollipops and rainbows,
Everything that's wonderful is what I feel when we're together,
Brighter than a lucky penny,
When you're near the rain cloud disappears, dear,
And I feel so fine just to know that you are mine.

My life is sunshine, lollipops and rainbows,
That's how this refrain goes, so come on, join in everybody!

Sunshine, lollipops and rainbows,
Everything that's wonderful is sure to come your way
When you're in love to stay.

Sunshine, lollipops and rainbows,
Everything that's wonderful is what I feel when we're together,
Brighter than a lucky penny,
When you're near the rain cloud disappears, dear,
And I feel so fine just to know that you are mine.

My life is sunshine, lollipops and rainbows,
That's how this refrain goes, so come on, join in everybody!

Sunshine, lollipops and rainbows,
Everything that's wonderful is sure to come your way
'Cause you're in love, you're in love,
And love is here to stay!
