  My best memory; around 1970 we had been overseas for about a year, he in the Navy, me in the Marines. We wanted to have a party. Our Aunt Beulah let us use her house on Groome Road here so Buddy came over to read us the riot act. We better not mess up her house and we had better respect his mom, and of course we always did. Soft spot always in my heart for Cousin Wayne.

Steven and all of the Mingee family... we are so sorry for your loss. No one can say the right things at this time to take away your sadness. Grief is so hard and everyone has their own way and time frame to cope. We hope your special memories help each of you now and in the future. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you!

As I sit stunned by the news, I am so sorry for the entire Mingee Clan. Adjacent to us all, I find myself gazing into Wayne's "Old Cubicle" here in the Architectural section. I'm remembering the occasional work discussions... but more so, the chats concerning: Mingee mulch deliveries, home renovations, floor installations, the "Kids" needs, the demands on teachers... and of course the Boston Red Sox and local baseball.. those have lost a true fan. This world and your family has lost a Fine Man. I / we have lost a true friend. Sincerely with you in Prayer... Knabe, O41

  What Wondrous Love Is This?

Words by Alexander Means
Music by William Walker, 1835

What wondrous love is this, O my soul, O my soul!
What wondrous love is this, O my soul!
What wondrous love is this that caused the Lord of bliss
To bear the dreadful curse for my soul, for my soul,
To bear the dreadful curse for my soul.

When I was sinking down, sinking down, sinking down,
When I was sinking down, sinking down,
When I was sinking down beneath God痴 righteous frown,
Christ laid aside His crown for my soul, for my soul,
Christ laid aside His crown for my soul.

To God and to the Lamb, I will sing, I will sing;
To God and to the Lamb, I will sing.
To God and to the Lamb Who is the great 'I Am';
While millions join the theme, I will sing, I will sing;
While millions join the theme, I will sing.

And when from death I知 free, I値l sing on, I値l sing on;
And when from death I知 free, I値l sing on.
And when from death I知 free, I値l sing and joyful be;
And through eternity, I値l sing on, I値l sing on;
And through eternity, I値l sing on.
