Dear Jimmy and Patsy and Family,
We were very sad to hear of Jimmy's mother passing. She was a wonderful lady and her brother was a dear friend of mine. His name was Harold Kimbo Jones. What a great athlete, storyteller and my idol as a kid watching him play for dear old NNHS. Jimmy, you have always been something special to me. I remember your playing baseball and you had your little dog with you. We will remember Christine as Kimbo's great cook. He had dinner with her every Sunday. Jimmy, thanks so much for being my friend. God bless you at this time of sorrow but remember, she is in Heaven waiting for us. Much love, Mickey and Carol Marcella

He Leadeth Me

Words by Joseph Henry Gilmore, 1862
(29 Apr 1834 - 23 July 1918)

Music by William Batchelder Bradbury, 1864
(06 Oct 1816 - 07 Jan 1868)

He leadeth me: O blessed thought!
O words with heavenly comfort fraught!
Whate'er I do, where'er I be,
still 'tis God's hand that leadeth me.

He leadeth me, he leadeth me,
by his own hand he leadeth me;
his faithful follower I would be,
for by his hand he leadeth me.

Sometimes mid scenes of deepest gloom,
sometimes where Eden's bowers bloom,
by waters still, o'er troubled sea,
still 'tis his hand that leadeth me.

He leadeth me, he leadeth me,
by his own hand he leadeth me;
his faithful follower I would be,
for by his hand he leadeth me.

Lord, I would place my hand in thine,
nor ever murmur nor repine;
content, whatever lot I see,
since 'tis my God that leadeth me.

He leadeth me, he leadeth me,
by his own hand he leadeth me;
his faithful follower I would be,
for by his hand he leadeth me.

And when my task on earth is done,
when by thy grace the victory's won,
e'en death's cold wave I will not flee,
since God through Jordan leadeth me.

He leadeth me, he leadeth me,
by his own hand he leadeth me;
his faithful follower I would be,
for by his hand he leadeth me.
